K a a s k a s was founded by sisters Katarzyna Skorzynska and Julia Skorzynska-Slusarek. The label champions cutting edge designs with vivid prints, unorthodox colour combinations and geometrical forms. Focus is placed upon attention to detail and finish and the use of fine fabrics like wool, cashmere and silk. They received an Excellence of Fashion 2013 award for ‘fashion debut of the year’ and won the 2013 OFF Fashion contest. The k a a s k a s collection was one of the highlights of the Polish Culture Festival 2013 in China.
