Since 2013, the British Council has worked in partnership with Skopje Fashion Weekend to develop fashion programming connecting the UK and Macedonia during the event. Past projects have looked at international showcasing, fashion communication and fashion curation with speakers and collaborators such as Martyn Roberts, Director of Fashion Scout; Rebekah Roy, fashion stylist; and Susan Postlethwaite, Lecturer, UAL. Photographic exhibitions at the Skopje Fashion Weekend venues have included themes such as UK fashion images and fashion and cultural heritage.
