Seinn Witt Yee

Seinn Witt Yee is the Executive Director and Co-founder of PS Business School.  Seinn graduated with an MBA from Yangon Institute of Economics and a Post-graduate Diploma in International Relations from the University of Yangon.  At PS Business School, Seinn lectures in Corporate Strategy and Planning from QCF Level 6 Diploma and Marketing Units from Level 5 Diploma of Business Management from ABE_UK.  

Along with PS Business School, Seinn has been devoted to youth and entrepreneurship development.  Seinn organized the very first Myanmar Business Plan Competition (MBPC) in 2010 and the Myanmar Social Enterprise Challenge in 2013, and continues to organise business plan and social enterprise competitions annually.

Seinn has also been involved with many youth-focused projects, including organising workshops on the themes of active citizenship, youth and social enterprise and youth and charity. She has organised charity and innovation youth camps in Yangon and Mandalay since 2012 as well as more than 41 youth exchange programmes around other Southeast Asian countries - 41 times.

As an entrepreneurship development professional, Seinn is National Senior Adviser/National Trainer in Entrepreneurship for CEFE International and Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) for the International Labour Organisation (ILO).  She has been conducting training on entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship and train the trainer to business development services throughout the regions of Myanmar since 2014.

She has been involved in pioneering social enterprise development projects since 2011, and she has been working as a social enterprise master facilitator since 2015 as part of the British Council’s Active Citizens programme. She has also been involved in consultancy projects such as the Social Enterprise Council and DevOps programmes as well as providing consultancy to small-scale organisations.

Seinn has been invited to juries for business plan competitions run by the National University of Singapore since 2013 and has been an educator panelist of the Mekong Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Summit 2014. She has given expert talks at Start-up BoothCamp and Tigers@Mekong_States of Department programmes.

She is a founding and Executive Committee Member of the International Council of Small Business (ICSB Myanmar), which was established in 2016. Currently Seinn is serving as Secretary at Myanmar-US Friendship Association (MUSFA). She co-founded JCI Myanmar in 2014 as a young global active citizen platform and is now serving as the President of JCI Yangon to promote responsive citizenship. Currently She is planning to set up a social enterprise focusing on youth and employment.
