Michał Wiśniewski is currently studying in his senior year at the School of Form, Fashion Design department in Poznań. His works have been presented during the Gdynia Design Days, at Goethe Institut in Warsaw and Kabuki Theatre in Minsk. Strong feelings towards his Polish heritage led him to explore traditional crafts and iconography, along with anthropology and sociology which are crucial parts of the design process. For him, textiles and traditional craft techniques are the starting point of every project. Works presented at IFS are the part of his BA graduate collection.
