The QUEBEC-UK CONNECTIONS programme between the Quebec government and the British Council seeks to encourage cultural exchange between the two societies, notably through collaborative projects involving artists, directors and authors, the holding of public events and the development of partnerships between cultural institutions.
The British Council, the Quebec Ministère de la Culture et des Communications (MCC) and the Quebec Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie (MRIF) invite you to submit an application for financial support to carry out a cultural cooperation project between Quebec and the UK.
The cultural exchange programme between the Quebec government and the British Council seeks to:
- Encourage exchange between the two societies by fostering the cultural presence of each entity on the other’s territory;
- Promote the creation and dissemination of cultural works and products, notably through exchange programmes involving artists, directors and authors, the holding of public events and the development of partnerships between cultural institutions on both sides;
- Favour better mutual understanding through the consolidation of networks and sharing of cultural expertise.
