Hyunsoo Heather Park graduated with a BA in Fashion Design Technology (Womenswear) from the London College of Fashion in 2014. Park’s graduation collection focused on the various ways repressed people express themselves, taking inspiration from Art Brut, prisoner’s uniforms and criminal tattoos.
During her research she would sit outside tattoo shops in London and observe people’s body art and study individual tattoo symbols’ meanings. Park finds London university life and street art inspirational.
