Over the past two years the British Council has delivered a programme of events, workshops and residencies in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Pakistan and Bangladesh as part of the New Silk Road project.

As part of this Bruno Basso & Christopher Brooke, UK fashion designers renowned for producing unique and inspired textiles and prints travelled to Uzbekistan on one of four exchanges. From the 15 June – 24 August the duo will present their new capsule collection inspired by this journey in the Design Museum Tank and atrium.

The Basso & Brooke aesthetic is based on advanced and highly complex digital prints combining to create a fabric-based fashion statement.
