We are pleased to announce an open call for a Curator in residence at the National Institute of Design (NID) in Ahmedabad, India.

The residency will offer a chance for a UK based Curator to research and develop an exhibition around NID’s collection as well as build networks and knowledge within an international context.

This opportunity forms part of the British Council’s design programme in India which seeks to help develop the skills of the sector to document and capture the stories of Indian design. We facilitate a range of collaborations between the UK and India creating opportunities for design professionals to work alongside their Indian counterparts on projects particularly around design writing and design curating.

Please read more about the residency open call here.

Deadline for applications is 5pm on 30 June.
